On Friday (June 25), fashion designer Masaba Gupta took to Instagram to share a picture of herself flaunting her toned body. In a long note along with it, Masaba talked about how she feels about her body transformation.

Fashion Designer Masaba Gupta shared a picture of her toned body and in a long note on Instagram, she talked about her fitness and nutrition routine. In her latest post, Masaba talked about the things she did to achieve a healthy and fit body. Her routine has helped her almost cure PCOD and she further wrote that she wants to prove to herself that some hormonal problems which girls have can be tackled with the right nutrition and physical activity.
Talking about her “non-negotiable fitness routine”, Masaba wrote, “I am as committed to my health as I am to my business & my relationships. Say this to yourself every single day. You have to make one thing about Fitness non-negotiable in your life. It all starts there. My 7-9am workout/walk/yoga is non-negotiablealso no ordering in outside food on a weekday! Simple, ghar ka khaana. No celebration the night before, no amount of stress & no phone call can distract me from this (sic).”
Masaba said that she is the “lightest” she has been in 10 years. “This non-negotiable has helped me nearly cure PCOD, get off medication, focus better and enjoy time off with the food & drink I love with friends & family on the weekend even more. I’m the lightest I’ve been in 10years today and want to prove to myself that a lot of hormonal issues us girls have sometimes can be tackled through fixing your nutrition & making physical activity your focus (sic),” she added.
At the end of her post, Masaba also asked her followers to share their “non-negotiables” in the comments section.
Masaba, who was born to Neena Gupta and Vivian Richards (former West Indies cricketer), in a post in 2020 had written how she struggles to embrace her “Caribbean body”.
Masaba Gupta owns the designer label House Of Masaba. In 2020, Masaba was seen in Netflix series Masaba Masaba, where she played herself.
